"One would think with all the competition between 20,000 coffee joints in Manhattan, customer service would be your focus. I often frequent Gregory 's Coffee because I like their coffee, but this one location I will never visit again. I enter this morning and the place is empty. Three females are chatting behind the counter. I approach and they all turn to look at me silently. As if I am interrupting them. No one says good morning or how can I help you , only silent stares. I say good morning and places my order, which contains oat milk. A petite female with glasses, in the group, looks annoyed and blurts out I don 't have oat milk . I would have easily switched to something else, but she was so nasty, I said no thank you and walked out. Good luck keeping customers with that mentality."
