"We came for brunch the day of the Beyoncé concert. We made reservations late and this was one of the few places I could find. I’m general it was a cool vibe. Our waiter was great. The food was just ok. I had shrimp and grits. The grits were missing something for me and after 10 minutes were hard. Other in my party had the chicken and waffles…the chicken was bland. The greens were flavorful. The gravy was oddly thick for the biscuits and gravy. The boudin balls were decent. My drinks were tasty. Including the concert specials. Overall I liked the ambience."

"Pt. 1 By far one of the worst dining experiences I 've had in a long time. This was my second time visiting this establishment and like the first I was very disappointed. From the food to the dogs being paraded throughout the dining room this place needs a complete overhaul!!! From the moment we walked in I had a feeling we were about to be in for an interesting evening. The only thing we got timely and without incident were ironically the free items which were the waters and oxtail empenadas. We asked for the jalapeno queso (item on the printed menu) and were told that it was an old menu item and to get the nachos. So we took the suggestion and order the nachos which happened to be made table side. The gentleman came so close to the table preparing these nachos that my cousins hair almost caught fire (no lie). The nachos weren 't bad but they were nothing the brag about. We also orders calamari and aside from the flavor of the batter being tasty this was one of the worst appetizers I 've ever eaten in my life. The actual calamari was about the size and texture of my hair tie in my head (no exaggeration) and on top of that there was a random shrimp mixed in. No bug deal right?? EXCEPT this piece of shrimp couldn 't even be cut with a knife and fork. So like any patron would do, we flagged down a waitress (not ours) and asked to speak with a manager then it just so happens that our waitress whom we hadn 't seen for at least 20 minutes comes to the table to ask what 's wrong . We tell her the issue and she takes the plate of seriously overcooked calamari back to the kitchen only to return a few moments later with the same plate and says, we can 't take this back because you 've eaten most of it. No mind you, there are 5 of us dining and we we all took a piece and left the rubber band, hair tie textured pieces on a plate in the middle of the table. At that point we asked to speak with a manager cause she clearly wasn 't interested in understanding where we were coming from."

"Very disappointing. Terrible service. Kitchen was not open when l arrived for dinner. Then they announced limited menu. But my reservation on Open Table was accepted for dinner. Service was beyond slow. I finally had to order drinks and check out at the bar. Long wait even to pay at bar. And they did not keep track of my orders of drinks. Just terrible"

"I started with the Perogies with sausage and onion appetizer. They were slightly fat, but very tasty. I loved her. On Wednesdays are $10 Burgernacht, so I have the mushroom and the Swiss burger with onion rings. The burger was great, but the onion rings had a little too much for my taste. Also got a Thirsty Dog Citrus IPA on ****, which was beautiful. I was in the bar. Seat was comfortable and the Guardians game was on two TVs. The bartender (I think her name was Michelle) took care of me. A wonderful culinary experience. Very recommended. Then you have eaten three times for Burgerabend on Wednesday. I always had the California Burger with Avocado, my friend tried a variety of burgers and loved everyone. We like to find a place (usually a beautiful Thai restaurant) for lunch weekly and a place for dinner weekly. Thai Pattaya and Ido have won these spots now. Both are fantastic restaurants."

"It's nice that I decided to drive past Pete's Phillip 66 after a good day of the truck and go to Heavenly Dough Pizzeria instead of using the comfort of the gas station. The lady who answered the phone when I called when I went to talk about my options and their willingness to bake me a pizza in half an hour was very friendly and patient. I decided to go with a family package so I got breakfast and lunch covered. After ordering, we gossiped over my Iowa city, and their Oklahoma city, which helped to pass time while the people were busy in the back. A customer called while in was that was unhappy with a possible wrong change, and saw them treat the situation with a good attitude and honor the difference in dispute. I liked the decor and there was pleasant smell in all areas that a customer could go. My belly is happy as I write it. Thank you."
