"I could say this place is terrible to keep it all to myself, but the truth is, it's a great local bar with delicious food. The atmosphere is cozy, with regular customers giving it a "Cheers" vibe. The bartender is always friendly, even when busy. They have a great selection of beers and expertly made mixed drinks. The food leans towards tavern fare, but everything is tasty. Don't miss the Duck chips, homemade potato chips that are out of this world. The hamburgers are huge and tasty, and the fish and chips are also very good. Parking can be a bit tight, but you'll usually find a spot. They also have darts and a lively group of players. Your money and time will be well spent here!"

"Jan 2022 my first time in this plant in bolingbrook. We used the purchase to get a free one on the boneless wings. We tried the Dryrub Desert and Chipotle BBQ. We also have the traditional wing-parmesan garlic.. all three flavors we are delicious. The dirty Tatorvtots w brisket. OMG! The flavors were from the charts. The Jalapenos were really delicious. Our server was great, friendly."

"I love it! I got a mobile order, and it was good. UPDATE:. April 11, 2022-They still serve the same great food. I redeemed my birthday certificate for six free wings. They tasted great! All I had to pay for was the tax and my drink. I definitely will come back. UPDATE:July 9, 2022-And I did come back! Again, they still serve the same great food. I ordered six wings with Honey BBQ sauce, and Diet Pepsi. I topped the meal off with a slice of New York Style Cheesecake. Everything was just as delicious as before. You know I will be coming back!"

"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Okay. The service was bad. The wings were dry hard and very old over cooked and burnt 50 of them!!! 10 in each box with only a small containter half full each they were the smallest wings ever seen in the United States of America and on top of it. I ordered a salad okay just a regular salad and that was horrible. Just horrible the vegetables were old. The lettuce was Brown and had to throw the $20 overpriced sald in the garbage. Again, the wings were the worst in the world It was so embarrassing to bring them home. It was a takeout for three families takes them home. I think we got like. $50 with the food in all wings and paid cash and the short young rude blonde even begged us for a tip after giving g us a worthless free 10 wings if we come back. Worst experience ever will never never go back. We have told all our friends and family about it and warn them to be where. If they wanna Be ripped off. That's the place to go. Saint cloud Minnesota. "I asked Brittany to have my wings cooked hard, tired of the rubbery skin. And then get this, Brittany tried to charge me $25 for an 8oz (picture attached)gold margarita and she tells me because I?m drinking casamigo with a drizzle of grand marnier, not an $8.00 shot that she tried to charge me for. I have drunk this drink in many finer establishments and have never ever paid that amount of money. Beware of the ridiculous up charge of drinks. I have 3 receipts where I?ve paid half that amount the last 3 times I?ve been here. I will be sending my receipts to corporate when I complain further. You all need to get on one accord on how much you all charge for drinks. I shouldn?t be charged on 3 separate occasions the same with 2 different servers and than Brittany serves me and tries to charge me double then what I was charged by 2 other servers. Beware folks. This is some shady business."

"I came with a group of 3 for lunch. We got to B WW before 12. There was some kind of miscommunication between who was suppose to be our server so our order wasn’t taken until 20 minutes after being seated. Took another 20 to get our food. When Morgan sat our food down we asked for to go boxes because we needed to get back to work. A table that sat down beside us after we ordered our food had also just gotten theirs and were boxing their food. We tried to ask Morgan about the 15 minute lunch guarantee but she didn’t comprehend what we were asking so we asked for the manager, Carrie. Carrie came to our table with an attitude and stank face before we had even spoken with her. She was very rude and told us that BWW was corporate now and policies had changed and she couldn’t honor any type of discount. She then held out her hand for my card for payment like the conversation was over. I’ve worked in the food industry and there are a lot of improvements that can be made starting with your server not talking people out of ordering food they want to try by calling it “horrible” and by improving the way your “manager” handles questions from customers. A smile and polite answer would have gotten a lot further than a smirk and eye roll. Not interested in returning."

"Went Monday July 10th about 6 pm walked in restaurant smells like it needs a deep cleaning got seated tried ordering this sample appetizer was told sorry can't asked why first was told kitchen didn't want to turn oven on because it was 87 outside? LoL when I questioned that then was told no tortilla chips ok so go buy some corn tortillas and make some or just buy them premade wow so no nachos, or chips and queso, guacamole, salsa etc ?then my wife ordered a wrap no buffalo sauce yup you guessed it came with buffalo sauce on it , at this point I just ordered wings online because they were cheaper than on the menu along with fountain drinks 1.99 online 3.49 in the restaurant when my food was supposed to be ready to pick up I went and looked nope nothing I asked and ya we'll get it right out you could see the cook or kitchen supervisor sitting on the counter visiting WOW awful someone needs to grab some cleaner and clean this dump up so it does not smell and grab a broom and clean house i.e. fire and hire responsible, kitchen staff that have initiative just wish I had two more thumbs so I could give this location 4thumbs down don't waste your time and money"

"on Thursday at 19 o'clock it was busy. our waitress, bretagne, was very friendly, friendly and an excellent server. my friend and I ordered both a drink from the bar, she brought back water and informed us that the bartender was held back and would be a few minutes for the drinks from the bar. that was an excellent property, she let us know what was going on and informed us. she has nailed our order perfectly, she was quick with comebacks to my banter, and it was clear that she was very exhausted and woke up after such a busy night, and she has made another fabulous job. she also had a trainer who shadowed her, she was polite and funny. I forgot his name. we will definitely come back!"

"DON’T use a debit card here. My husband went there for the first time in probably 15 years and forgot to cross out the tip line because he always tips in cash. Someone must have added in more tip because the bank debited another $5. I called to speak to someone who said he was the manager to get the money back and he never told me how it happened or even offered a free meal or anything for what may have been theft. Awful customer service. Check your receipts and only pay cash. Not going back."

"I should have learned my lesson when he closes store down so he wouldn't have to do any VA free meals. By far worst dining experience of my life. It started off with the host would not give me the the both that I asked for. There was nobody sitting there , it was not reserved, he just wouldn't give me that one. No excuse why. I ordered a Dr Pepper it came back all carbonation no no syrup and then to get a new one it took almost 30 minutes. I ordered a 30 piece medium I know what medium should be and how hot it it was way too hot I don't know if they're trying to burn the waitress to get rid of her since she was new and this was the way they figured to do it or what but I've been eating hot wings all my life and man that was way hotter than medium. The nachos I ordered were great jalapenos and everything just wonderful. Will not go here again. Will not recommend, to anyone."

Jasmine answered my call to take my order and she displayed exemplary customer service. She was kind, extremely helpful and patient. I have been in the restaurant/service industry for 13 years with 10 of those as management, if she was on my team I would have her training for a higher position based on my single experience with her. I would have taken the time to speak with management myself to ensure they knew what a gem they have on their team but the restaurant was quite busy and close to closing so I didn't want to hold anyone up."

"for the receipt. I wanted to pick it up. brought it home and realized that one of the wings I had paid for had no soaking on it? brought it back to buffalo wild wings and told them the situation. I said the person who works on the theke, which I originally ordered. he went back to the kitchen. he comes out and informs me that the source I originally ordered was out? So it took an hour after 30 minutes to make my order and 30 minutes after I took my order to realize that they were from the sosse that I demanded? and then has the nerve to serve me sauceless, simple wings? without asking for an ersatzsauce? and when I get back my corrected order, I realized that all they did was put the sauce on the chicken wing and not gave up the order again. So I was served cold food. not only was the communication not present, but as always, the huh is hard, gum-like and overcooked. eating is never fresh when an order for pickup. it is clear that these people do not pay attention to how they make them eat, how fresh it is, or even get their order right. horrific customer service and horrific execution of food seems to increase them to a high standard. not worth it anymore."
