"Absolutely awful service! We arrived at 4:50 PM with a reservation for four, and the restaurant was pretty empty. We tried to order four different beers that were listed on their menu, only to be told that none were available. Then, we ordered a Coors Light and waited 25 minutes for it to arrive. Our dinner took over 40 minutes to reach the table, and when it finally did, the order was completely wrong—items were missing, and I received fries instead of veggies, among other issues. The cheese on my chicken sandwich tasted like it had been sitting under the warmer for too long. What a disappointing experience tonight. We should have gone to Kilroy instead. I won’t be coming back."
