"I have attempted to order from this restaurant three times and had my order canceled each time. Tonight, they didn't even cancel it themselves; after sending the driver to pick up the pizza, they informed him that the order was canceled, but only after he had been waiting for about 30 minutes. Not once did they call me to inform me or offer me an alternative, which highlights a concerning lack of customer service that seems to have become the norm since the pandemic. Now, everything is closed because of the long wait, and they didn’t bother to communicate with me about the cancellation. This is not my first negative experience; it's the third in a row. I won’t be ordering from them again."
