"I called ahead and was told I needed to make a reservation online. Unfortunately, I couldn't find an option for seven people, so I had to book for six and leave a note mentioning we were a party of seven. The restaurant did accommodate us, but it seemed they hadn't read the notes. Even though we had a reservation for 6:30, we waited about 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us at the entrance, and then it was another 20 minutes before we were seated. There were several others waiting alongside us as well. Our food didn’t arrive until around 7:45 PM, and our drinks were left empty for quite some time. To make matters worse, our order was incorrect and all the fries were cold. Although the staff were friendly, they appeared to be understaffed during our visit. When the bill came, however, they graciously treated my daughter to a complimentary dessert for her birthday. I think the restaurant would benefit from hiring more staff and improving their online reservation system."
