"We decided to try Vocelli Pizza, 1025 Washington Pike, Bridgeville, PA 15017 for dinner this evening. We placed the following order: (1)16 inch pizza, pesto sauce, pineapple, light cheese, and light cook (2) 16 inch pizza, pesto sauce, onion, regular cheese, light cook. Our Vocelli pizza order was a total disaster! Pizza 1 was a light cook like it was supposed to be, but pizza 2 was completely burnt, not even close to a light cook. Pizza 2 had light cheese instead of regular cheese. Pizza 1 had regular cheese instead of light cheese. Now, for the best thing of all.....Pizza 2 had a 9 x 6 inch piece of plastic covered in pesto sauce and baked onto the back of the pizza. The plastic was hard and crumbly, after having been baked in the oven. IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC, WHEN ALL PIZZA COMPANIES ARE CLAIMING TOUCHLESS DELIVERY, we have a piece of filthy plastic actually baked onto the back of our pizza. We took a bunch of pictures, and we saved the baked piece of plastic. When, I called, the owner and manager were not available, so I spoke with the assistant Manager. She offered to give me a credit on my next order. Why would you offer a credit on a future order in a situation like this. There will be no next order! I want a full refund, and I want to know what was baked onto the back of our pizza! If this is not resolved, I plan to call the corporate office and the Pittsburgh Health Department."
