"Today, I used the new kiosk to order my taro bubble milk tea today. Unfortunately, Leo, DW, and Nick refused to serve me my bubble tea. I feel discriminated against as the only woman of color In the establishment with coily hair.. they publicly refused to serve me my drink after paying for it and insisted I pay an up-charge to receive the item I purchased. It was highly embarrassing since I decided to support their business a few minutes prior to my physical therapy session and over their competitor Möge Tea across the street. The gave me a receipt and told me, “handle the refund yourself because we are not giving it to you”. I’ve contacted upper management via the website and hope to be recompensed quickly."
