"I called ahead to place my order and arrived 10 minutes later, only to find out that my order had been sold to someone else. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. They offered to remake my order, but it would take another 20 minutes, which completely defeats the purpose of calling ahead. I’m extremely disappointed with the service and won’t be returning."
