"So disappointing all around. I called in for takeout, spelled my name for the gal on the phone, but still had a hard time finding my order amongst the bags at the takeout table, as my name was misspelled... Yes, you retrieve your bag yourself and walk it over to the seated cashier to pay at another table. Not sure why he had a tip jar out as it 's not like he was going above and beyond here. I questioned the price and was told tax . OK, but he had no answer as to why my amount ended in perfect zeros after punching the numbers into his calculator, over by about 63 cents. I didn 't argue further about the rounded-up price, but red flag waving if they 're doing this to everyone. Got home to find a different pasta than what I specified. I had a chicken pasta dish which was way more pasta than chicken, and totally lacking in flavor. My partner 's soup was salty and lacking in stock. They were so much better years ago at the old location."
