"Good meal overall. Our server Maria was friendly and efficient. My husband ordered a side wedge salad and lasagna which he described as fine. I ordered the salmon salad which was very good however was served minus the asparagus. It was corrected in a reasonable amount of time so no complaints there. After the fact, I realized we were overcharged for the side salad. I called the next day and was assured the manager would call me back that day (I provided all the check and table information). When I had no response within a week I sent an email to corporate customer service. No response from them either. This is why customers stop patronizing restaurants. Something that was not a big issue has become one because of the lack of response. Shame on them."

"We have been pleased with BRIO restaurants in the past, but this was a disappointment. There were only about a dozen diners in the restaurant during the dinner hour. Even though it was a Monday evening, the mall was busy and I would have expected the restaurant to be the same. The service was slow and the food was mediocre.The stuffed chicken parm was overcooked and didn’t seem to be stuffed at all. The spaghetti carbonara was only fair. The highlight of our meal was a mushroom ravioli dish with a delicious cacio e pepe sauce. Don’t know if we would give this location another try."

"The food was not bad is just for the price and expectations was away bellow. I went for dinner: the place was empty and I asked for a kind of table that was only two people sitting and the hostess said she couldn?t and there was many open and some filled with a couple. The table cloth was dirty, the hostess was setting other table and let the clothes on the ground and put them back up. Also it was a paper table cloth. For that kind of restaurant ?? Forgot to take pictures of the calamari but it was nothing special. Same to say about our plates. I asked the brio especial plate of lobster and shrimp fettuccine. It was good but again nothing that with the ingredients I couldn?t do at home. Unfortunately, I want to be honest and the one in west Palm beach is away more presentable than this one."

"I came to this restaurant with my family, although we had booked reservations it ended up taking an extra 20 mins to get our table which is okay since we could tell it was really busy. The staff was super friendly, the place is set up beautifully. We ordered quite a few different items and it was a bit of a hit/miss with some of them. The bruschetta was great, I got the salmon which was also really good. We ordered the lamb chops appetiser and most of it was very undercooked, my dad got this one dish which beef and mashed potatoes, the beef was very over cooked and looked quite burnt. We didn’t wanna bother the server too much so we just left it but overall the food was good. I’d likely come by for a couple of apps versus full meals."

"I went him for the first time with my daughter and her friend for my daughter's 14th birthday. Our waiter/bartender Adrian was nice and suggested the white peach sangria. I had only 1 because my daughter's friend was there. We had 1 very hard bread to share there was more butter than bread. I ordered this salmon dish, very tasty. Children ordered chicken strips and spaghetti. They ordered a peach teas. They said it had an artificial taste. My total was $81 including tip"

"My husband and I went to Brio at 6:30 on a Saturday and there was no wait, unlike the other factory restaurant next door that serves cheesecake. It was quiet, and the music was not too loud. We got the spinach artichoke dip for an appetizer, which had pita chips and they were salty and delicious. For our main courses we had the grilled salmon fresca and the pasta alla vodka with chicken. Both were fantastic! The vegetables and sauce on the salmon were flavorful, and the salmon was cooked perfectly. The pasta alla vodka was extra saucy and my husband used the bread to get every bit of sauce off his plate because it was that good! Our server was attentive and helpful. She was well versed in the menu and never had to ask if we wanted more drinks, she just brought them. I recommend Brio for a quiet night out with no kids. It's a little more pricey than the other Italian chain restaurants and less food, but the quality is better."

"I don't usually write reviews, however as a previous restaurant owner myself, I know the importance of giving recognition when it is deserved. My family and I moved to the area a few months ago and have been to Brio many times now. A few of those visits, one being this past weekend, there were minor mistakes that occurred that resulted in the server needing to get management involved. Each of those times we dealt with Victoria, who was absolutely amazing and the sweetest. You could tell she genuinely cares about the customers and their experience, which is rare these days. Her work ethic and positive attitude does not go unnoticed. As long as you have the Shrimp Eggplant and Victoria, my family and I will keep coming back! Thank you for the great food and great service!"

"My wife and I came in to check Brio Italian Grille tonight for dinner. Atmosphere was clean and nice. We ordered Calamari for appetizer. The quality of the squid seems very dry and fried peeled off immediately. It was so salty that we couldn’t eat after one bite. We let the waitress know and she brought us another plate. Second plate was the same as before. I don’t know if it was us but it was just way too salty and quality wasn’t good. We asked kindly about this and waitress took care of it for us. Thank you. It’s unfortunate this happened."

"Grilled Cheese was FABULOUS I will return for it. My Mel 's Diner Experience: The Novel I sent my hubby to pick up our order because I was feeling under the weather, he ordered a pot roast diner with a chicken noodle soup side and I ordered the grilled cheese with chicken noodle soup. When he was given the order it didn 't feel right so he checked it when he got to the car, it was a club sandwich and fries...wrong. Went back inside, explained the order was wrong and repeated our order with me on the phone, I think he was calm compared to...well me haha but again I wasn 't feeling well and STARVING. SO cut to NOOW we have the right order, checked in the car again, everything looked good and he headed my way so we could feast. I saw the grilled cheese and my eyes started drooling. I picked up the soup bowl and...I knew then...it was wrong. Opened...and there is was, some cream based chowder NOT CHICKEN NOODLE bs. I was LIVID. I immediately got in the car (hubby was really enjoying the pot roast so I couldn 't ask him to go, 5 stars) . When I arrived I explained the situation, the manager said we 're not serving chicken noodle soup today so I don 't know how you were able to order it . I responded I ordered it from your website, it 's listed on my receipt and order ticket..? . Manager suggested I keep the soup, receive a refund, or get a salad. Since I had two soups I asked for one refund and one salad. Refund processed, salad received, and I left. Stopped at good 'oId Publix and splurged on a pint of chicken noodle soup from the deli and went on with my life... I can 't explain exactly how it came about but I just didn 't enjoy the feeling the manager gave me that it was my fault because I shouldn 't of ordered what was available for me to order. If your not serving something, update your menu online, if your not serving something, calls take out order customers prior to pick up and suggest alternatives. 3 stars for a 5 star FOOD review, negative 2 stars for staff mood. We are all going through it right now, I 'm in two types of customer service industries and I manage to slap a smile on my face and except all responsibility for anything wrong even if it doesn 't make sense to me. Please try to enjoy what you do, it will benefit us all."

"We went on Saturday night. No reservation needs as it was about half full. Seems like this place has lost a little something from the past. Maybe covid, maybe staffing issues. Overall though the food was decent. Service was great. We got the 2 for $40 and it was a great value. We would go back again for that deal."

"Great as always however, Brio does not disclose that it has a Happy Hour menu unless you ask. It is very tricky and disappointing. I’ve always come at 5:00 pm and bd we got that small happy hour menu and started noticing yo UFJF that tables around me had that little menu and cocktails started pouring into the tables. I decided to ask a neighbor table guest and he said it was happy hour. We’ve been paying full and smart people paying less. None of the servers tell you about that! Be aware!!!!!"

"Pre COVID this place was a very reliable dinner spot. Now, they have major staffing issues. And I’m assuming “newer” staff for the ones they do have. Despite having a reservation and arriving early we were seated nearly 10 min after our reservation time and the restaurant had only about 20% of their tables filled. During the meal, we had a few errors. The drinks didn’t show up until I went up the the bar itself and asked if they were working on an order with what we had requested. And this is of course AFTER our appetizers showed up. We asked for more balsamic for the caprese appetizer. We got balsamic dressing for a salad. I think the poorly trained and overworked new staff are exacerbating the issues. We came here a few months ago thinking the issues would have been sorted by now and unfortunately they are not. I’m sympathetic to this and other restaurants with staff shortages due to the whole Covid situation. However I’m still a paying customer and chose this business to provide me a service. And it was delivered to us with strongly priced food and drinks. If the kitchen wasn’t putting out good food this would be a double failure. I hope they sort this out soon if not we won’t be returning. You can still go here and enjoy your meal. Just set your expectations appropriately."

"It 's Saturday and we 're being lazy and there 's a bunch of kids here and we 're all hungry but no one wants to cook. Where can you go for takeout to feed a group where someone only likes fish, and someone only wants pizza, and someone craves chicken, and an adult wants an excellent Tuscan inspired healthy and delicious meal? You got it! Right here at Brio Tuscan Grille. Ordering was easy, and I scooted over to Stony Point Fashion Park arriving in about 20 minutes, and the order was ready! I entered the door and was greeted by Amy. Amy is one of those rare people you come across who it seems was made for the hospitality industry in any of its incarnations. Thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and authentic friendliness can 't be taught, it can only be honed and Amy has honed hers to a fine point. Kind, professional and pleasant. And a little girl leaving out the door as I came in was expressing her love to her as she exited. If Kids and adults approve you know you 've got a winner for sure. I didn 't expect to have my day uplifted by someone serving take out to me, but Amy accomplish that. She 's a gem they should keep in a permanent Tuscan Platinum setting. The food was phenomenal: The small pizza was devoured. The chicken parmesan, although a child 's portion was huge and the flavor was fantastic and everything you 'd want in a small plate of chicken parmesan. On the side of the chicken parm was campanelle with alfredo sauce and was a meal by itself for an adult, let alone a child. The sauce was smooth and not gritty like you 'll find in a lot of Alfredo sauces and the campanelle was still​ al dente. Great job! A child 's cheeseburger was ordered and was huge! Yes I finished the other half The fries were delicious and perfectly cooked. A side order of lobster bisque was added and it was excellent, especially when spooned up with the large chunks of bread they included. They also included very nice crackers. The star of the meal was 'Chicken Limone. I 'm telling you, you could not get a more well-prepared meal anywhere in the hills of Tuscany. This was sooo good and included moist and perfectly sauteed lightly breaded chicken breast, sauteed caramelized carrots, steamed broccoli, sweet red bell pepper, zucchini capers in a wonderfully light but rich lemon sauce that was perfectly seasoned. I used to straw to get the last bit of sauce from the corner... Seriously None of these meals today needed any seasoning or any home doctoring to make them absolute perfection on this day A double dose of awesome happened today beginning with Amy 's hospitality and ending with many satisfied people rubbing full bellies and thinking about naps. Mission accomplished Excellent!"

"I've been to other locations in this chain, but this was embarrassing. I'll start with the positives. The restaurant was clean and our waitress was nice. Now onto the bad. For the price you pay for the food, you'd expect it to be high quality. Sadly it seemed like our food sat out under a heat lamp. The pasta sauce was basically water. Everything was under seasoned and room temperature. It took almost an hour to receive our main courses. There were only like 4 tables including ours. Most of the staff stood around talking. Our waitress, while nice, checked on us once during our entire time at restaurant. Christiana has cheaper and better quality restaurants, I'd recommend avoiding this location of Brio."
