"I had a reservation for 11 people at 12:30 on December 18th, made well ahead of the date. I called the morning-of to confirm. I was told , yes! we are ready for you. When all 11 of us arrived it was clear instantly that there was no table for 11 people waiting for us. It turned out they had given my table to another party. They clearly do not know how reservations work; if they had asked for the name of the other party this error would not have occurred. I understand that mistakes can happen but this was Friday December 18th! No other lunch tables for a group our size were to be had anywhere else. Very disappointing! The manager did not attempt to make amends, either. An offer of a discount on a future meal would have gone a long way."
