Last evening, I had fettuccini alfredo and Bella’s special stromboli…….can you say yummmmmmm……..The stromboli dough has a buttery flavoring and the steak meat is moist, delicious and filled the entire product….I hate when the ends are all bread…… Unlike Nick’s pizza in downtown Beth….Fellino, the owner, and his wife give great customer service with a smile, that comes from the heart and reaches their eyes…….Give a call when you want a great steak sandwich or pizza….(610) 807-3575……word-of-mouth is the best advertising for any business. "I had an experience with fraudulent activity on my credit card. I got the phone number from the order from the pizzeria. I Called the customer and when I called her out for using my card she apologized for stealing my cc info, called the pizzeria to pick up the tab but the person at middle island pizza said they could not refund me and charge the appropriate party. I am getting the police involved. Way to go with customer service middle island pizza. I’m happy that a one time fraudulent delivery order of $50 was more important to you than a daily local customer. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"From the outside it doesn't look like much, but when you sit, you realize that you were transported to a small town in Italy. The servers are so friendly. Keep your drinks filled and check on. All her food is homemade. I tried the spaghetti with meatballs. My husband had the Chicken Parmigiana. What a delicious dish of food and generous amounts. For Dessert we had homemade Tiramisu. What a wonderful way to close a meal. Spectacular!"

"I drive out of my way from Old Bethpage for their succulent Palermo wrap. Pizza is delicious crunch is solid, sauce is well balanced. What really impressed me was the reaction on my wife's face on how beautifully chopped her salad with grilled chickenwas. Like, the cook went out of his way good. I was sold. I call and pick up often."
