"My wife and I have been coming here for years and have always had a good to excellent experience. Came in with a group of 9 of us, including 3 young children and had a great meal as always. The staff is always courteous and friendly. Ron Sr. stopped by to say hi to us and engage the kids. The regular menu offers plenty of options. The specials are always worth a try as well. Beer selection has improved immensly in the last year and the wine list is impressive. We highly recommend this restaurant to those looking to support a local business and looking for a good meal."

"The food was pretty good, but it felt a bit expensive. I had the Chicken Parmesan that came with Minestrone Soup and Garlic Knots. The court was $21.50. The garlic buttons were really delicious, I would just stop and get a bag of it. The soup was decent. The chicken had a nice taste, but was not exceptional. My wife got a baked beef dish that was excellent. The restaurant was clean and spacious. The service was excellent. Overall, I'd go back here, but I wouldn't be looking for it."

"I have lived in Calgary 20+ years and I have never been to Villa Firenze. Why? I'm asking myself that same question since having a beautiful dinner there over the weekend for my birthday. This place is the real deal for Italian food and service....There were three of us, all ordering different dishes: Chicken, veal, and pasta with prawns.They were all delicious. You also get a generous portion of veggies which are steamed but not soft (in fact, they come to you with a bit of crunch). The foccaccia bread you get prior to your meal is insanely good (dipped in olive oil and balsamic vinegar the best). We started off with a special appetizer portobello mushroom in a parmesan sauce with parmesan cheese on top melted in our mouths. I will be back, that much I can guarantee. A completely delightful evening!"

"I really had high hopes for this place considering the location by Lincoln park and the golfing range. I ordered a hotdog and honestly it was perfect. On the other hand my girlfriend ordered a ham and cheese panini and it was so bland, it really was justham and some cheese on a panini bun, barely any cheese and barley any butter. She also got a salad which we couldn?t eat becausewe weren?t given forks or spoons. Also, our water in our cups had small dirt like particles floating around in it so that wasn?tthe best. The people working here were super nice so I don?t want to take that away from them. This place has potential but justour experience today simply wasn?t good. I?d say still try it for yourself! It is pretty affordable so all these complaintsdon?t hurt as bad."
