"wasn't in a past, the last time was very good, but I'm not really impressed this time. Online ordering was smooth and service is good, but food quality and has gone portion size, as the actual price increase. 2 Cheesesteaks ordered and they hardly had meat in them. they tasted mediocre at best. I give them another chance in the future."

"I have been eating at John's for many years. I ordered a pizza tonight not knowing they changed ownership. The pizza was good but I was disappointed that it wasn't a John's pizza. Their crust was my favorite out of all the other places I have tried and it definitely is not the same. Not to mention the hike in price. Service was good though"

"What is this cubed, almost canned tasting chicken in the "marsala"? This is not Chicken marsala, so sorry to say it--but, its dog food. Cubed ham in the salad, so salty, its probably bad, add that with the odd egg salad on the salad.. And, I mean, Ive NEVER written such a review, but, goodness even the pasts is sticky and tastes old. WHAT did I just spend over $55 for!? Never again. Yall can do better. This was abhorrent. I have pictures of this disgusting food, too. Itll be posted soon on FB. Disappointed."

"I'm usually not disappointed when I go here but yesterday I was completely unsatisfied. I ordered the chicken and broccoli Alfredo. The pasta didn't have much Alfredo and when after heating it up, I saw a pool of grease in the bottom of my bowl. The pizza we got was dry. Never will I order those items again. I don't know what happened with this location but it used to be the best one around."

"Didn't have the pleasure to eat here- but giving one star due to the inconsiderate treatment over the around town coupon handling and poor service (had to call upon arrival). This was the second time trying to use a coupon from the Around Town coupon book. The first time, was told the coupon was only valid on weekends. Upon return on Sunday Sept 5, Walked in to find nobody there. Calling the number on the coupon, someone came to the front. After sitting down and about to order, showed the coupon and was told that the coupon was only good on Friday and Saturday. Apparently Sunday is not part of the weekend. Left without eating there and won't return. If you plan to host a coupon, please specifically state when it is valid. It only states dine in only"

"This is the best and FRESHEST PIZZA!!!! SERVICE is PROMPT, PLEASANT and ACCOMMODATING. I've been there for 10 years and drive 30 minutes from my house to get there because I don't rest for another pizza. My favorite is the Bruschetta Pizza, but all pizzas at Pronto Pizza are really amazing. I also love dishes in their menu and their fresh delicious salads and the sauteed vegetables are from this world!!! You are definitely my favorite pizza and the best!! If you haven't tried yet, don't miss out on this amazing food place, you must!!"
