"We used Buffalo’s best for our backyard wedding and they were wonderful. They were super easy to work with, showed up right on time, and everything was hot and delicious. The menu was huge, but Kim pointed us towards some popular items. We ordered the smokehouse chicken, roast beef, garlic mashed potatoes, 3 cheese mac and cheese, and Caesar salad. Everybody loved the food! People were especially raving about the chicken! My only very minor complaint was that the croutons on the salad were soggy, I’m assuming they got wrapped with the salad and refrigerated, but everything else was wonderful. If the croutons were kept separate I wouldn’t have had a single bad thing to say haha. A lot of our guests complimented the food and said they would definitely want to use Buffalo’s best for future events and parties. We would also definitely use them again!"
