"After 35 years of visit to the Northwoods of Minocqua, Hazelhurst, Manitowish Waters, Boulder Junction, Arbor Vitae, Presque Isle, Woodruff we finally finished with Paul Bunyan 's Cook Shanty to celebrate National Paul Bunyan Day and have some camp family breakfast. It was very funny...from the minute you go to the lobby, you 're greeted by an enthusiastic host who takes your order and collects payment, next you 're ushered to your camp table, with red tablecloth, tin plate and enamel coffee cup, by a warehouse guide. The famous Paul Bunyan, warm sugar donuts are served next to a hot cup 'o joe and your favorite juice. Breakfast Fixin 's are served family style so everyone at your table gets enough to eat. Our server, Jeremy, was super always to check to make sure we eat enough and drink enough, he was entertaining and a gracious host. I absolutely loved my visit and can't wait to come back, I had an explosion. Things I loved the kitchy Northwoods decor, the **** Mary, the donuts, the sausage links, the French toast, the pancakes, the service, the atmosphere thank you all to make it fun.
