"I have gone to like a Chena a few times in the last few months and each time I have had amazing service and amazing food. Each day they have $10 lunch specials and Thursdays especially is an awesome meal. It is garlic bread with...Caesar salad at the Penny pasta with sun-dried tomatoes mushrooms and chicken with the cream sauce. The dish is absolutely amazing. I went last week with a group of five friends and everybody had excellent service as well. A friend and I decided to share a salad and a pasta . The chef was more than happy to split both on separate plates and serve them to us. And to our surprise the waitress, who was on only her third shift at that restaurant, and was single-handedly managing the whole restaurant, split the cost on each of our bills separately. My husband and I have gone this winter to her three times to have their lunch specials before we go to a movie. Each time her meal has been excellent. I will definitely be back again."

"Stay away on holidays like Valentine's Day. Amazingly overbooked. Show up at 7:10 pm for a 7:15 only to sit at the bar for over 45 minutes. The lady checking off the names when checking in had heard so many complaints, she too was openly critical with her comments to coworkers without a whisper. An awful night all the way around. Leaving at 9:30, people were still stacked up and complaining."

"I'm still worried about Open Tables Ineptitude. After reviewing Macaroni Grill's availability after a fire for months, I was surprised to see that she appeared open when I recently reviewed Open Table. I made a reservation for this evening and got a confirmation of Open Table, but when I showed up in the restaurant, I found it very closed. I sent a note to Open Table to tell them about their Glitch, and they reacted with an apology. Now they sent me an application for a review of the restaurant. Hello, Open Table, is there anyone?"

"We went at noon on a Saturday afternoon. The restaurant was almost empty. Waited a while to be seated because no one was at the door. They asked if we needed kids menus and said they'll bring them later. After we were seated and got drinks I asked again for the kids menus (had 4 kids) and the waiter went away for 5 minutes to come say the manager said they didn't have any, but that he knew what was on the menu. While he was gone I searched for the kids menu online, so the kids knew what to order before he came back. Bathrooms were clean, but they were red and black like they belong in a different restaurant. I have been to several other locations and have never seen a bathroom like that at a Macaroni Grill. They had a big fan on the sink. They also had a big fan in the restaurant area. Spinach and artichoke dip, was very very watery. Also a couple of the pasta dishes the creamy sauces tasted and looked very watered down, not the quality of food we've experienced at other locations. Service was good and the restaurant was clean, but very disappointed on the food quality."

"The food at this restaurant was superior to Olive Garden, but not as exceptional as a more genuine Italian dining experience. The decor reminded me of a Macaroni Grill I visited around 20 years ago and could use a modern update. The service was excellent, with a friendly and attentive server who got everything right and served us promptly. While I may return in the future, I wouldn't go out of my way to dine here again. It was good, but not particularly thrilling. Surprisingly, it exceeded my expectations as I was anticipating a less impressive experience."

"Despite making a reservation and calling ahead to let them know we were celebrating a retirement, we still had to wait to be seated at the restaurant. Even though the restaurant was only half full, they crammed our party of seven into a small area not suited for that many people. After sitting for 15 minutes without being served, I had to go to the hostess to inquire about our table. Eventually, a server who was not assigned to us ended up taking care of our table for the rest of the evening. The food was decent, but it took a long time to be served, leaving us feeling frustrated. We had ordered a cake for the retirement celebration, but it was never brought out to us; instead, we received just the check. When we spoke to the manager about our disappointments, all he said was that he had noted the cake on our reservation and did not understand why it was not brought out. This was the second time we had a similar experience at this location, and it has left us uncertain if we will return."

"I had reservations for a party of four at the Ina Rd location for New Year's Eve because Romano's had advertised a special three-course New Year's dinner. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the restaurant was closed permanently. It was quite frustrating to have a reservation at a restaurant that no longer existed. I cannot recommend this place unless you are really serious about losing weight or looking to avoid noisy restaurants. P.S. I assume the Broadway location is still open."

So now I guess we?re labeling all people of color as straight pickup/delivery drivers. #2. RACIST ENERGY but half of your employees are Spanish from the looks of it hmmm? #3. "Danny took excellent care of my family and me! He patiently answered all of our questions and provided us with great recommendations. "We had reservations on 12/25/2019 for 3 people at 6:30 pm at the Macaroni Grill in HENDERSON, NV. The restaurant was slammed. When we arrived at 6:25 pm for our 6:30 pm reservation, we were told that reservations were running 30 minutes late and walk-ins had a one hour wait. We were seated at 7 pm. The servers were very busy and obviously exhausted but trying to remain cheerful. No one told our server that we had been seated, so our drink orders were taken about 15 minutes after we sat down. Our non- alcoholic drinks arrived about 15 minutes later. About 30 minutes after that, we had to flag down a server to ask for bread because it had not been served yet. We ordered our salads and entrees (two people in our party had to order a second choice entree because their first choice entrees were sold out) and our salads were served about 8 pm. Our entrees were served at 8:30 pm. Two steak entrees were very over cooked (were ordered rare and medium rare) and had to be sent back. The new steaks were both very rare and ****. The person who ordered his steak medium-rare could not eat his **** rare steak, so he did not eat dinner."

"Qualified yes. My family picked coming to Romano's as one of two restaurants in Tucson to eat at as part of our vacation. Our last time was 18 years prior, 2002. Much has changed. Some worse. Food was delicious except the bread this was dry, brittle, and not the delicious bread we remember. Food otw was very good. Noise level and type of music was too loud despite that we came at the end of lunch time, around 3:15. Ambiance was otw good. Service was excellent. Would really like a BIG improvement in the bread.
