"Unfortunately, the service was not good and the food was even worse. After taking our order, the waitress repeated it back. The first two meals arrived but the third meal did not. After 20 or so minutes of waiting on the third plate, we notified the waitress. She had not put in the order. After finally getting the last meal, the service did not improve. The salmon was over cooked, and the vegetables were terrible. This was a disappointing experience."

"Charlie's Trio Cafe is a great family cozy cafe to eat at. The butter squash ravioli was excellent and crab pasta dish was excellent. The service was excellent and the manager even came to say hi and chatted a bit with us."

"This place is simply amazing. We had a section to ourselves, the staff was amazing. The food was plentiful and fantastic. The baked ziti was killer, and the Mona Lisa pizza was great. Overall a great place to eat, definitely coming back for more hopefully we will have room for desert this time."

"Literally had to get up and leave. The WORST service ever. And my husband and I were the only people in the restaurant. When we arrived we ordered the special on the board when you walk in. Beef Lasagna Salad and I order the Chicken Rigatoni with Vodka sauce. The young lady rung us up and told us it would be 15 mins.So we set and waited for our food. 20 mins later the young lady is packaging up the food for Togo- we mentioned they it’s for here. So she then brings our salads bread. 20 more minutes she brings my husband lasagna. Still no food for me. Now at this point I have been waiting for 40 mins for my food. We have asked the cashier multiple times for my food. She just looks confused and says something to the kitchen. I then get up and walk near the kitchen asking them myself. The cooks just look at me confused. The cashier said “I keep asking…but so can’t make them make it.”Ummm ok-I don’t even know what this means. The cooks talk amongst themselves while looking confused and then My husband begins speaking to them in Spanish. And one of the younger cooks says sorry he isn’t feeling so well. So we just left."

"I went to this restaurant with my friend and four children. The staff did a fantastic job of keeping the kids entertained with various distractions. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were generous, especially considering it was my first time dining with children. I was very impressed with the overall experience."

"The hotel is located in Ellis Island Casino. Super pizza! Above all, on Thursday and Sunday when it is two-for-one! You can order through the slice or through the entire pizza. Try the beer. They serve the beer that brews them locally, which is excellent. Recommend the IPA at $2.25/glass."

"Food was good, wine list is weak. I enjoyed the food, wasn't the best, but not bad. I'd give it 3.75 out of 5 stars. However, they expect to go to a stylish place from which it has the atmosphere, but then look at a sticky lottery machine and its wine card and it is very disappointing. JP has a better wine list and that doesn't say much! If they want to look and be stylish, then they must be it! lose the sticky lottery machine on the wall and climb the wine and martini list.. You're so close, but you don't know. I would suggest going... The staff I met is super, friendly and very social.. I felt like home!"

"This was our first time visiting Metro Pizza. Pizza was good, garlic rolls were great, the 4 wanna be mozzarella sticks were overpriced, meatball sub was delish, fries were plain, calzone was tasty BUT soggy on the entire bottom with juices all over the plate, and you get complimentary bread. However by time we got ours, it was close to when we got our appetizers. At the end, they give you the smallest box to squeeze your leftovers in. Overall, food was good and I like the vibe inside but who knows when we'll be back to give it a second try."
