"We took our daughter for her birthday. We felt very rushed from the moment we sat down. No water refill. 2 bread baskets was not enough for 10 people. Dinner came within 5 minutes of ordering. Food was excellent except for the chicken parmigiana was dry and over cooked. Waitrr disappeared after he took our food order and we had to ask another waiter for dessert. Disappointed."

"As foodies traveling from Chicago, we are tough customers. Found this restaurant on Open Table and selected it because it was dubbed a neighborhood gem. We could not have been more pleased. Do not be put off by the location, tucked into a generic-appearing strip mall. This place truly IS a gem, and it 's no surprise it 's been around for nearly 30 years. Every dish we had was wonderful, beautifully plated, and thoughtfully prepared. The wood fired cauliflower appetizer delighted with the slightly spicy tahini sauce, brightened by fresh mint. The Kodiak scallops were some of the best I 've ever had- large and perfectly prepared, atop a sweet corn pumpkin polenta that left me wanting to super-clean my plate using my finger. Wow. We shared the dark chocolate terrine for dessert- plenty for two and equally dazzling. I 'll add that we do not eat gluten, and dined like royalty here with no problem and no adjustments needed on the dishes we easily selected. Our server was friendly and attentive and she clearly enjoyed how much we were loving our experience. The chef even came out to introduce himself when he learned of faraway travelers who had found his lovely establishment. SO glad we opted to get out of downtown Anchorage for the evening to experience this fabulous meal!"

"We came here for our two year anniversary and it was the best decision ever! We came for dinner and Chip was AMAZING! The ambiance is great , not to crowded but enough people. The food was BUSSING BUSSING! My steak ? Medium rare? Cooked to PERFECTION ! Then we came back for brunch and had Michelle as our server , she was beyond AMAZING! She never let our glasses get empty (bottomless mimosas) and her energy was great! We will be back every time we come to Palm Springs, if your looking for a spot to enjoy an anniversary, a quick bite, or some drinks, this is the place !"

"I LOVE eating meat chicken, steak, pork, you name it. I am a pretty big guy (6'2', 240) who loves a good bacon cheeseburger. Naturally, I was skeptical when I stopped into this vegetarian spot with my wife and her friend. But, man was I proven wrong! I had the Cobb salad and even tried the Curry Soy Chicken salad and a gluten free pumpkin whoppie pie. I LOVED EVERY BITE! I would highly recommend Claire's to anyone and everyone even my fellow meat eaters. Really great really REAL food! Thanks!!"

"always wanted to try this point so finally the ball. this is a very beautiful facility, decoration, atmosphere and landscape. it was a nice day to sit outside and eat. the appetizers were delicious, the drinks amazing and the main thing. So the reason for the 4 stars? my acts were delicate and tasteful, but I asked for it to be cooked medium and it was almost done well. I am not the one who complains or sends me back, but for 44 mice it should be cooked to my happy. not a deal breaker, but everything else has formed for it. the waitress was pleasant and attentive, parking goodschein for 2 hours. I hope you guys read this before you decide to do business with them. I called to order a bottle of champagne to be delivered. After I agreed with the price, I gave them my credit card. Today when I received my credit card statement, I noticed they charged me $169.00 over the price I was quoted on the phone. "Considering the Quinn’s do not own this place anymore, I can finally write in full honesty. The food is really good, the staff had their ups and downs like everyone else. I remember a day where one of the managers flipped over the entire Kiosk at the end of a hard night over relationship drama, or when I was cussed at by the previous owner, or when the big fat baldy baby bear of the brother, harassed and tormented me on the job during shifts when I first started. The place was a revolving door of Cook line managers one every season. All because none of them “wouldn’t abuse the key” something I vowed I wouldn’t do if I were a real key holding manager. If I were, I would’ve been able to do more as a team member to help the place continue its legacy it had for the 30+ years it was open. That was my goal and to lift weight off many a shoulder.I had good memories though, like watching games after work, chilling at parties. We were all simply human! We hade feelings! Those were times I really most enjoyed as a worker here! So there are both good and bad times alike."
