"I placed my order 3 hours ahead of time, but when I arrived at the restaurant, they informed me that I would have to wait an additional 25 minutes. After waiting for that extra time, they told me there was a mistake and they had to prepare another dish, causing me to wait an additional 15 minutes. Despite it being a busy night, I was disappointed that they did not make any effort to rectify the situation. I have no intention of returning to this restaurant again. It was a regrettable experience, and I should have chosen a different place to dine."
