"The pizza was good. But the chicken parm was not fresh tasted microwaved from a refrigerated pre cooked choped up cutlet. I had a chicken parm hero. Not sure why a restaurant would pre cook, microwave then bake to melt cheese. Mario, contact me and I will show you a method of pan frying meat the way it should be, melt the cheese and toast the bread. This way a customer gets fresh cooked food."

"The best restaurant in southern Westchester, probably all of WC. Everything on the menu is worth trying, you'll find most of the tapas are worth ordering again. "I'm not a big fan of Italian food, but I was very impressed by Butera's. The hostess, waiters and busboys were really nice. The food was great and come in generous portions. If I'm ever in the mood for Italy, I'll go to Butera's. If I gave a complaint, I would ask them to provide better outdoor lighting. We switched our flashlights on our phones to read the menu. But regardless of this little detail, the food was great!"

"I am extremely disappointed! This used to be our favorite pizza place. We have also tried their pasta and sandwiches, which were always delicious. However, the last two times we ordered pizza, we were very disappointed. The first time we thought it was just a bad night for them. We decided to give it another try two weeks later, but it was just as bad. The crust was uneven, thick in the middle and thin on one side. The onions were not even cooked properly. We ordered sausage and onions on top, but while the sausage was hot, the onions were cold."

"We ordered from this restaurant via Uber Eats on a Wednesday evening. We tried the chicken roll, Italian hot sandwich, and a cheese pizza. The chicken roll was tasty, especially with the marinara sauce. The Italian hot sandwich was just a regular Italian sandwich, but it was pressed which caused the salad and tomatoes inside to be overcooked. The standout dish was the cheese pizza which we decided to keep simple this time. The cheesecake was also delicious, and for only $2 more, you can get a larger size. We will definitely be ordering from here again in the future!"
