"Was told this was the best steakhouse in Alton Illinois. So we gave it a shot. Children got a kids cheese pizza, and for $6 each the quantity and quality was pretty good, 5/5. Wife and grandmother got the shrimp scampi, both said it was kinda bland, but it is just a garlic butter sauce so I can see that. Shrimp was kinda light for the shrimp to pasta ratio, but enough pasta for two that was for sure, 4/5. I had the 6oz pepper loin with loaded baked tater. Potato was great in size, pepper loin might of been a light 6oz but plenty in flavor. Ordered a med got med well. Now the reason for the only 4stars. Noticed on ticket, we were up charged for things that were supposed to be included like strawberry vinaigrette, $4upcharge but was supposed to be included. And a 2.75% credit card fee. Kinda odd. I run my own business and don’t have to charge cc fees to cover just odd. Especially with no notice. Atmosphere is nice, but after 6pm seems to get rather loud, couldn’t hear the person two seats to my left without them yelling. Overall, wed give it another go, just withdraw cash first."

"We were in the city of NYC for a few nights. We ordered from a few local places, and our best experience was with Frank 's. We didn't know what was good, so we ordered some items in the first night. After a not so great experience that was ordered by a local diner for breakfast, we went back with Frank's in the second night. My children who are super picky have torn off the pizza and chicken fingers. The salads were fresh and delicious, and the portions were very generous. Hoagies also get a thumb. I was surprised that the Fried Shrimp Platter was basically popcorn shrimp, but my son ate it so that a thumb also gets. My daughter loved her spaghetti and meatballs. Overall delicious and comfortable."

"The girl who answered the phone had an attitude. My order was placed thru the Slice app which offered a curbside pickup option. When I arrived and called to let them know she was rude and said we don 't do curbside and I said the app had the option and she said I don 't know why , like It was an inconvenience. Well that 's not my problem, maybe the restaurant should specify that so it 's not a listed option in the app. Not the first time someone at this restaurant has been"

"I have given this place too many tries. Was there a couple of minutes ago and did not appreciate the cashier/owner's attitude. Yes it was somewhat busy, that doesn't give you the right to slam your paying device right on my face. You should be grateful you have business instead of making your customers not want to go back. Hope you don't treat your workers as bad as your customers."

"We went for dinner and our server didn't really know what they were doing. They didn't bring us bread. They didnt key in one of our appetizers. They failed to bring out a second drink we ordered. The food, as always was amazing. The atmosphere, as always was wonderful. Just the service was lacking. I'm going to still give 5, because honestly this experience wouldn't deter me from going again but definitely touch base with the new servers for quality."

"Called to place an order for delivery at 5:07 pm and the order never arrived until 6:43 pm! After calling twice to see where the driver was, they said they didn’t know.. when the food finally arrived the delivery driver drove away and was sight seeing!!! The food was good, not the best. The staff was irresponsible by not even calling us to let us know they were lost which we would have been more than happy to help assist with directions. Not a great first ever experience with Johnny Jr’s Pizzeria!"

"I have been going to this place on and off since the 90's. I haven't been in a while. It was really great to see the same faces yesterday and today when I went back for more. My favorite is their eggplant marinara pizza. It has been the same for 20 years. Amazing place run by great people. Enjoy!"

"I have been eating at Rocco's for 30+ years because the food is just that good! Whenever I'm back in the NOVA area this is a must stop for a meal. The pasta dishes (baked ziti one of favs) are mouthwatering, the subs make a great lunch (love the meatball cheese), or a pizza to share with friends is always a fantastic option. The service is spot on and the portions are generous. This restaurant has stood the test of time with the same family still running the show and doing an awesome job."

"We went the say before Christmas eve and it was BUSYYYY! We expected a 30-minute wait, but it was only a 15-minute wait. The food was good. My Alfredo was subpar, though. The noodles were overcooked and clumped together. Service was wonderful. Overall it was a good experience. The location is great. We recommend. We will be back."

"One aspect my wife and I adore about The Cheesecake Factory is its stunning interior design. The decor is a fascinating mix of styles, featuring Egyptian columns, Victorian wood paneling, and French limestone floors, all contributing to the restaurant's opulent atmosphere. While the design is truly impressive, the highlight of our experience at The Cheesecake Factory was undoubtedly our delicious meal. Starting with the appetizers, every dish was superb. We found the avocado roll to be particularly delightful, while I thoroughly enjoyed my cheeseburger entrée, and my wife loved the Louisiana Chicken Pasta entrée. Our waiter, Robert R., was exceptionally professional and polite, doing a great job of taking note of our orders and addressing our requests. Overall, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our culinary experience at The Cheesecake Factory and highly recommend this wonderful restaurant to everyone!"
"I originally thought that I would have to leave a 1 star review due to the way I was treated upon arrival today by two of the greeter/hosts. But I am beyond relieved that my initial negative experience first impression was turned into a positive one in the end. I want to sincerely thank managers Daniel Felipe, as well as our server Fabulous for going above beyond to accommodate myself my large party of 13! Unfortunately the restaurants policy does not allow RSVP’s for parties larger than 6, you can’t combine reservations to fit one group. Knowing this I called ahead of time spoke with Jazz, who assured me that as long as my party arrives before 1:30-2pm on 12/9, we would have no issues being seated. I told her I would be celebrating a special occasion with a group of about 15. She reassured me that if we arrived my requested time of 12:30pm, that it would be no problem because that’s well before their peak busiest hours, the restaurant would be just opening not long before. I arrived on time along with my party. Parking was down right terrible they reserved 8 of the front spaces for To go orders, that remained empty during my visit. One of my guest requires handicap parking still had to park a far distance away from the restaurant after circling the lot a few times. Once I checked in I was greeted by Jazz another male the front counter. I explained that I had called ahead of time what I was told. Jazz blatantly lied denied that I ever spoke with her. She also gave me a fake last name over the phone. It was indeed THAT Jazz whom I spoke w/ that was the first name provided to me on the phone call. She the male host were rude not interested in accommodating my party from the start. The male host spoke to me aggressively told me that He’s “not sure what restaurant I called, but I didn’t call there I didn’t speak w/Jazz. REGARDLESS of what I SAY I was told over the phone, We don’t seat large parties of more than 6! I can try to find a table for you but it will be 45min to an hour wait your party will be split into two groups seated nowhere near one another. That’s the best I can do for you!” He stood throwing his hands up shrugging his shoulders in a oh well type of way. He Jazz both stood firm in their position, never once offered to get a manager basically said take it or leave it! I went outside to relay the bad news to my waiting group of family friends. We traveled an hour in traffic from Bastrop to get there now I’m being told we have to wait an hour sit apart. LUCKILY when I went back inside, Daniel the manager happened to be there. He was an instant breath of fresh air! He was smiling greeted me with a welcoming attitude. I explained to him what happened. He immediately told me no worries asked that I allow him 1min to get a table ready. We did not have to wait or split up after all. He listened to me apologized on behalf of his staff who were rude to me. He assured me that I would be taken care of, I was! Felipe another manager joined Daniel in assisting me my group with getting seated even cleared a space for my gifts. They congratulated me were so warm attentive. Fabulous our server was on his A GAME! He had a system in place that helped him easily manage my party didn’t mess up on one single thing. He even kept track of all of the split checks. He repeatedly checked on us, offered refills made sure we had all that we needed. I am so extremely grateful thankful for Daniel, Felipe Fabulous! My baby shower brunch turned out to be amazing thanks to those three. I would’ve given 5 stars, but had to take off for my initial experience w/ Jazz the other guy. The chicken tenders had no seasoning but my waffle was downright mouth watering."

"The pizza was good. But the chicken parm was not fresh tasted microwaved from a refrigerated pre cooked choped up cutlet. I had a chicken parm hero. Not sure why a restaurant would pre cook, microwave then bake to melt cheese. Mario, contact me and I will show you a method of pan frying meat the way it should be, melt the cheese and toast the bread. This way a customer gets fresh cooked food."
