"Have not been here in years and years. The food was just as amazing as I remembered, and the service was fantastic. Still love the free bread and butter as always ! Our only complaint was that we ordered a side of broccoli which was forgotten and then arrived as we were done. No big deal at all. She removed it from our bill. The food could have been a lot warmer, however it was simply delicious and I ate every bite. I do believe they were extra busy as the place was filled with men (not complaining about that) heading to restore power in Buffalo following the blizzard so I am sure things were very chaotic in the kitchen. Still five stars. Will be going back all the time now"

"we have not set ourselves to our reservation time by 45min. server was terrible. she only commanded one of our three correctly. children's pizza was badly burned so they had to make another one. wife ordered burger without cheese no speck. it came with both. sent back and 2 minutes later another came out. it was hardly warm, so where did they get it? server never asked if we wanted more drinks. my drink sat for last 3/4 empty when our meal. very disappointing night to eat at one of our favorite places."

"We arrived about 10-15 minutes early with our elderly/handicapped mother age 91. Without asking for special favors, the staff immediately sat us, not making mom wait at the door. Much appreciated! The food was delicious. Our salads never arrived, but in light of the large portions, we told the server to just cancel the salads. There were 5 in our party, all were satisfied with our experience."

"I love this wing! grew up in lubbock, I am not a stranger to one guy from italy. last week they had the unfortunate surprise to have air conditioning problems, but the box fans, fantastic service (thanks to shauna, our waitress) and the manager constantly check on us for any case on air conditioning problems. I ordered this amazing wing for my trip and I was not disappointed! a kerl is not only pizza, calzones, and great service-es is also delicious buffalo wings! many thanks again for a wonderful experience and my trip to a great start!"

"I'm sure there are busy dining times in the Park Grill and Spirits, but when we came, there were no cartridges except at the bar. The service was okay, nothing great. I was happy enough with my salad and my Carnitas Tacos, but a son ended his buffalo wing (and he likes wings) and the other was unhappy with his pizza. Nice neighborhood dinner, but nothing to write home."
