"I am not sure exactly why I keep giving this place another try. The server was sweet but forgetful. She left our appetizer under the heat lamp in till I asked her about it when she dropped off the entrées the temperature is dipping sauce was yellow and congealed and the mozzarella ravioli was cold and chewy and our entrees were mediocre. I truly used to enjoy coming to eat here but I guess it’s going to have to be put on the list of places not for me to go."

"We made reservations for Mother's Day a month out and requested outdoor dining. Due to rain, outdoor dining wasn't available understandably. Our reservations were at and we were told there was a wait when we arrived about We waited for at least minutes before we were seated. Some parties were seated immediately upon checking in. I ran into someone else that had reservations that day and they had to wait over minutes for their table as well. It seems they were overwhelmed and overall we've had great experiences at Bravo's. Mother's Day was a bit disappointing due to the wait and disorganization"

"Make a reservation! It is now known at the door that it is the requirement. Place was clean and service was ok. The food was great! As shown in the pictures, the portion sizes were worth the money. Some employees wore no mask and it seems that you need to ask if you want to have distance. I had to wait for refills and ask for Dessert. Asked for recommendations on drinks, etc., we wished we had been offered a happy hour. A family atmosphere with children is welcome."

"Wife and I went back because they reopened the movie theater, now called Alamo Brewhouse. They have been updating restaurants and we just went to the 239 and it was good. We enjoy the atmosphere around this area and will be visiting monthly now again that the movie theater is open."

"I've lived Lehigh County for 10 years and never eaten here before. I had a taste for spaghetti today and gave them a shot. It was a party of 7 in my family, we went in and hostess didn't take long to put us comfortably. We all sat down, ordered and waited for our food. It wasn't long before the food came to look amazing. We all went in and oh my goodness. I see now why people are pushing this place for dinner because the food was so good. Everything was fresh, so nicely plated and the staff was so amazing. When we wanted to settle the bill, the cook and our waitress gave us free ice for the children and a delicious dessert for me and my spouse. Our night was made. The atmosphere is amazing, the staff is great and the food is delicious. I'll be back for the happy hour and more food. My kids said, Mom, we're super full and that lets me know job done well. Plus also sleep well for us and our full belly. And the strawberry limonade was hit with us all."

"We made a reservation for 5:45 and arrived earlier. We sat outside at first, but it was too loud for comfort. We asked to be brought inside, and were given a table. The young woman who took us to our table was rude and did not even say hello or smile. The young women at the front desk had no people skills and were clearly overwhelmed. Once at the table, we waited for ten minutes for anyone to serve us. I asked a waitress going by if we had a waiter, and she politely said she would find one. The young lady who came to our table was lovely and gave good service but had not even been told she had our table. I have eaten here many times, and the food is quite good, but management needs to pay more attention to customer service and staff training."

"My family and I came here for my moms birthday. It was super busy, they were short on servers, and we had to wait a little longer to get a table even though we had a reservation. Our waitress, Leah, was absolutely amazing! She was busy and running around but made sure we all were taken care of. "we made reservations at 6:00 PM and arrived 5 mins early The person at the front said Hold and let me see if your table is ready 10 min later she comes back and asked for our name and had already forgetten she was checking on our table. We finally get seated and placed our order for 2 salads with grilled chicken for our entrays. over an hour passes and after we asked many times for our food it finally arrived. we got the salads with MAYBE 5 small pieces of sliced grilled chicken. It was very small portion for the dinner portion. When I questioned the portion the waitress said ill get extra chicken. 10 15 min later she did bring a small portion to the table. We finished dinner and now pushing 8pm and ready to leave. I asked for check and had my CC ready for her. I did not look at the bill (my mistake) and she left. When she returned the two salads plus 2 unsweet teas was $45.00 she had charged us $21.00 for two salads each On top of that our guest had ordered food to go and had also already paid. We had to keep asking for that food. The icing on the cake is we were in a booth by the kitchen back part. They had seated two HUGE parties on each side of us making it impossible for us in the booth to even talk due to the noise that these two parties was causing. I get that everyone is understaffed these days but stop taking reservations or create longer wait times if necessary because at the end of the day we will not be back and we used to go to Bravo atleast once a week. Its a shame but this is not our first bad experience here but will be our last."
