"This was our second visit to Old Lisbon and we went with friends who promise you a wonderful culinary experience. When we arrived, the restaurant was 2/3. full and we sat fast. Our waiter took our drink (bottle wine) and food orders and we waited for our appetizers to be served. We shared 2 appetizers, as I knew from our last visit, that the portion size is large enough to share. The sausage croquettes came out in about 15 minutes, but our eggplant shell did not. After all, we called our waiter and asked where he was, and he claimed we never ordered it when it was the first dish we ordered and we repeated it twice. Since some time had passed since we placed our orders first, we asked if the reordering of the eggplant dish would disturb our main courses, as we did not want them to be served together. He said don't worry so you know what happened next, they almost came together. On a 1-10 scale, the attention of the waiter to the detail would be rated 1 . Apart from screwing the order, he never visited our table to see if we needed anything unless we called him. The restaurant added the congratulations of the bill, which can be responsible for the bad service. The food was good, but the service was terrible and we will never go after this experience in Old Lisbon!"
