"I made a Doordash request here. there was a mistake with the app (wrong delivery address that wasn't even my fault), and doordash customer service canceled my order so that I could put a new one. I hired the new order, and then, after waiting for a few minutes, the new supplier contacted me that the restaurant did not want to prepare my order because I previously ordered and canceled (again, the cancellation was not my fault). the restaurant was so inconceivable and had not even the cordiality to speak with me and to explain the situation. if they lose money for the previous order, would I have probably helped, but not even personally speaking to me? this is a bad circumvent with customer service, and in any case such a bad circumvent with the situation. do they reject my order and don't even talk to me? do they refuse to sell without reason? this is by far the worst experience I had with a restaurant, and I do not recommend to come here when dealing with people who act like that. so disappointed. I don't think workers are Colombian, I'm Colombian and I can say that my folk isn't that way."
