Everything on the menu looked and sounded amazing, but I chose to have a neat empanada as an appetizer and there?s no remorse in that! Fluffy, stuffed, hot, and flaky!!! Perfect. For lunch I had the arroz con gandules also fluffy, flavorful, and moist! Of course, I had to have maduros (Fried Plantains) that sweet to balance the savory is a MAJOR KEY as my protein Pernil, which was perfectly cooked, moist, and flavorful. Joe.. you killed it!
