"I recently had a great experience at Chimu's restaurant. Not only is the food amazing, but the customer service is top-notch as well. I frequently order for myself and also pick up and deliver DoorDash orders. One night, I had a DoorDash order and upon arrival, I was told that another driver had mistakenly taken the order. I called the customer to confirm and they had not received their food. Chimu's went above and beyond to remake the order and allowed me to deliver it to the customer, even though it meant losing product and extra time for them.
