"Chicago Paulie's is a wonderful little gem tucked in the same parking lot as a fuel station. Just walk up and speak with the man, the myth, the legend himself. Paulie, great man and he makes a mean hot dog (anyway you'd like and chili cheese fries. Found my new local dog joint for sure."
