"Horrible horrible horrible customer service and FOOD YUCK So on thanksgiving we decided to order 4 dinners because it was just easier for us, while we were catering to 2 elderly family members BIG MISTAKE The dinners were the worst meals we have ever had. The Supposed turkey seems like it was a sliced turkey from Cold Cuts The sweet potatoes looked like a colored pile of mud that was just disgusting. The stuffing well, that tasted like sand. EVERYTHING was just BAD. When I called to speak to someone that said they were the owner, after having a hard time with her, she said she will refund only 3 of the dinners. 4 days later and still no refund. Called today and she said Call your bank and get it because she will not refund it. Big big mistake dealing with this diner. Much better places around to go to than this disgusting place."

"The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I especially enjoyed the Strawberry Cheesecake. However, there was some confusion with our server. A young man initially helped us by seating us and taking our order, but later on a young woman took over. When we needed something, the first server would just point to the second server. This caused some issues with the service as neither checked on us frequently."

"Classical dinner see and feel with the famous huge menu. I got the open Bratbeef, which was stacked high with meat and great tasting Gravy. For extra nostalgia the chicken maize soup was made with alphabet noodles. Super cool and very tasty. All in our party enjoyed their meal and were able to mix and combine breakfast and lunches. Amazingly, they were able to put us together with a party of 7, as this was a rather narrow diner. You even have some available in the parking lot on site."

"I've been a customer for years and I never had and problems or complaints of any source. Every time I go to their establishment there very polite and customer friendly and the food is to die for. And if you're a true customer you are aware of them offering you there special oatmeal and you got to try the hot pastrami and Swiss cheese on a buttered toasted roll and mayo. "The chicken cutlet sandwich turned out to be more of a chicken strip sandwich. It was tasty, but I don't think I'd order it again since I wasn't a fan of the cheese. I also tried the tuna sandwich and liked it better than the chicken strip, but I wouldn't order that one again either. The sandwiches were well-packaged, and the chicken strip sandwich was still at a good temperature when it arrived. Additionally, the prices for the sandwiches are reasonable."
