"This is a very nice and convenient ? place to eat Venezuelan arepas. They have transformed this place in a famous spot in DC. We were there on a hot Friday, and it was busy. They were able to attend clients in a faster and more organized manner. The only thing Cachapas were kind of cold, they should be served hotter.Food: 4/5"

"Amazing food but horrible customer service. Not sure if it wasn't this lady's day but the attitude I received from her was to the point where I had to ask if I did something wrong or stressing her out somehow because the way she was rushing the order without anyone waiting in line behind us was uncalled for. It is not my first time here as I have visited this location before about 5 times but this is the first time I encounter such disgusting customer service. I definitely recommend the food but I advise you to go whenever this lady is not working."
