"Someone in a previous review said that the service here is slow, although it is not busy and they were absolutely right. I write this review for my second visit, I literally sit here, as I write this review and can assure you that both my first and second time have been muded here by slow service. But I'll make you a better one. Today the person who greeted me and last time took my order was the same person today. And this person came about 10 or 15 minutes after I sat in my back to say that they forget about me. I don't know about you, but I don't come to a wine bar to be forgotten on a Friday night or another night for this matter. I was very generous tonight with the tip that knows... I might just forget to tap as I think of the sour house wine I was served tonight as a lap in the face to forget the long waiting period. Ahhhhhh... but one read when the person just came out and our eyes were locked when they took my order, I pushed that up to 4 stars out of the attempt to be nice. But don't test me... I'll let you fall on a 3 star fast. And here come your three stars. Remember, I write that while I sit in the restaurant... Happy Hour listed on the menu, but if I get my review, the price reflects the full price. If I had been here to get saucy, I guarantee you I would not have noticed because I hope a company will honour its advertised policy without having to point it out. I really gave this institution the advantage of doubt... Fortunately, I do not call the consumer affairs department, so I hope that management will read and evaluate this review and others. This is a great place and potential cash cow in view of the development of the area, but with service like this you just lack on free word of mouth advertisement and 5 star reviews.
