"bistro 46 has potential, but they need more help to make it a positive culinary experience. on the bright side we sat fast. then it went downhill. After sitting it took 10 minutes before we saw our waiter. then he took the order of another table (seen according to us) before he took our order. it took another 10-15 minutes to get our drink order. the food was good, but the appetizer should be brought before the escape, not together. I had to go to a server to ask for ketchup as our waiter was nowhere in sight, and it took another 10 minutes to come (the pommes eat now). the smartest decision the night was to go to get a beverage refill yourself, as the waiter was not much help."
