"This place looks tired. Service unsatisfactory with persons we dealt with seemingly challenged in English. I even got a call from manager asking if I was going to honor my reservation. I told him I’d been sitting in the restaurant for ten minutes. I asked him to come to the table and introduce himself. No one came. Food was satisfactory but the experience was third rate."
