"I made a reservation for 4 people at 5:45pm for a pre-theater dinner. When we arrived, the hostess said I had only made a reservation for 2 people and that she could give us a table but we would have to leave at 6:45pm. When I showed her my reservation confirmation for 4 people, she didn 't apologize for the error but said it would be OK which I assumed meant we wouldn 't have to rush. Midway through our meal at 6:45pm, a very large private party arrived and we were told (not asked) that we would need to move for dessert. We said we wanted to finish our meal at our table. At 7pm another person came over and told us we really needed to move. No one ever acknowledged that the booking mistake was the restaurant 's, not ours. No one ever apologized for rushing us. No one offered us a complimentary drink or dessert to try to make up for the shoddy treatment. We were treated liked we were doing something wrong for trying to enjoy the meal that we were paying A LOT of money for. I have dined here before and enjoyed it, but this was really one of the worst customer service experiences I 've ever had."
