"I went to this restaurant tonight, only three people and I. four people in total. the first thing that went wrong was that I waited an hour for a table in an empty restaurant. I let that go because eating here is really good and the service is really good. but the worst thing I can imagine happened, our food was undercooked, the outside looks really good, but inside it was raw. I told the server that this happened. listen, our server, tried their best to help us, and even the food runner tried to help. the manager went to us and said you were happy now. I don't know what he meant. then I asked, and he told me I should go that my kind of people should not be here. I insulted. yes I am gay, yes, I wore a cultivation top, but I don't need a manager to tell me that. he also checked me all night and I could say he was because he was in the bar for a minute and looked up and down. I asked my server his name and she said it mike, I think that's correct. I hope the lgbt community will help me boycott this restaurant until mike is removed."

"We started off with a cup of clam chowder which was just ok. We shared the rigatoni bolognese and we are glad we shared because it was a big portion and it was delicious. The pasta came with two SMALL pieces of toasted bread which really wasn’t enough for such a big portion of pasta and our waitress never offered us more which we thought was a little chintzy."

"We have been trying to find the time to eat here for months! Gotta tell you, we were not disappointed. Loved everything about Draft House! Allie was our server and she was so knowledgeable about all of the specials, menu items. She knew what drinks to pair with the items. Just an absolute asset and really bumped up an amazing meal. For our meal we had Conch Fritters for an appetizer.(forgot to take a picture) They were probably the best we've had in a long time. Hubby dined on wings. While I had the special of the day, Beef Sirloin with a butter garlic glaze over a toasted bun with onion rings and their house cole slaw. For the first time in quite a while, everything was just delicious!! Everything was cooked to perfection!! Onion rings were just that perfect golden you'd expect. Coleslaw wasn't that mess everyone has been serving lately. Can not wait to return for more outstanding food and service!!"

"Very satisfied with our experience here. First, the service was good and you can tell all the staff are pros. Nick is such a sweetheart and truly loved what he was doing (and he said the owners treat him well which is always great to hear). The food was fantastic! Definitely a top steak house in our opinion. The filet was so incredibly tender, well seasoned, and perfectly cooked. Honestly, top 1 or 2 steaks I've ever had. The garlic mashed potatoes are so buttery and yummy! Drink menu had many great selections. We had the cherry amaretto cheesecake and it was a true, homemade from the heart, delicious cheesecake. Our new go-to steak house!"

"We used to go to Manhattan Deli all the time, but hadn't been there since they moved to Willoughby. It was good to see all of our favorites were still on the menu, especially the smothered chicken, and that they are still delicious. We were with friends and relatives from Georgia and Texas who were looking for good Deli food and they weren't disappointed."

"It was our first time at Jamieson's and we were here for the 5lb Burger Challenge. I was doing the challenge, and my family came along to watch. The staff was really into it and really paid attention to what my wife and son needed. The good really was great, even though I did not complete the challenge. I'll definitely be going back to check out the great beer list and the unique Irish inspired dishes. My wife did have the Scotch Eggs and Irish poutine and said they were great. I was so stuffed that I could only take her word for it. :"

I have been very disappointed with all our other local dinners lately and nearly forgot about acropolis (moved away for a few years) they are by far the best diner in town great food great people I go nearly every morning. I would have given 5 stars for atmosphere but one of their longest working servers tends to walk around causing problems with the other servers and complaining about the owners right in front of customers and it makes me uncomfortable. Everyone else is happy and great at their jobs and love the owners. Would not return to this location. The manager also did not apologize for the situation. Waitress was great, very polite and helpful. First and last time going to this location. "my experience here was a little extravagant. I have placed a To-Go order over the website and consciously decided to pick up a ship, as I was very sick in the last days and did not want to push me more than necessary after pushing through a full day at work. I came to call the phone number, and even though I let the girl know that I was here to pick up a bulk order and the confirmation email says: "You will be happy to deliver their order to their vehicle", their answer was (not rudely speaking) "if they want to come in, we will give it to them". I said okay! and did, but that was quite disappointing, especially considering that there are two girls close to the hostage and probably 5 cars on the parking lot. my order, beside the salat on the burger with dark brown edges that I trimmed, was still quite good, was right and was still warm. I'm not sure why they were not willing to pick up my type that I chose, or if they no longer offer, but the opportunity to disagree with the cute little email instructions my experience"

"have been here a few times now with the bf and with the kiddos. we love this place. you can have a nice quiet meal with no drama. could eat there a couple times a week and not kill the pockets. food is good, but i always get the tuna melt so can't speak for anything else on the menu! lol. service is professional and quick."
