"- **Kayan Thee Hin**: This dish features aubergine simmered in a plant-based curry, topped with cilantro.
- **Thinnbawthee Thoke**: A refreshing salad made with shredded papaya, cabbage, and onions, dressed with a tangy Burmese dressing, and garnished with fried shallots and carrots.
- **Let Them Phet Thoke**: This consists of fried tea leaves mixed with tomatoes and cauliflower, all tossed in a Burmese dressing and garnished with fried garlic and crispy yellow lentils (still my favorite!).
- **Baya Gyaw Thoke**: A delightful salad featuring gram fritters, tomatoes, cabbage, onions, and fresh cilantro, all dressed in a Burmese dressing and garnished with fried shallots and carrots.
- **Tofu Ohnno Hin**: Slightly fried tofu cooked in a coconut cream curry. I always add extra green pepper and tomatoes for an additional $1 (I think it's silly that they even charge for it, but I can’t resist!).
- **Burmese Samosa**: Delicious triangles filled with potato, lentils, and green peas, deep-fried to perfection.
- **Sticky Rice Dessert**: Sweet sticky rice with brown sugar and coconut — absolute heaven. The steamed jasmine rice here is excellent too, made with high-quality grains, giving it a perfect chewy texture. It's addictive!
This restaurant is fantastic for vegans, vegetarians, and meat lovers alike, with plenty of great options for everyone. The prices are reasonable, and the service is excellent. There are also street and public parking options available."
