"The ambience is great! I've never been to Baldwin Park, but I really liked the area. I went to Osprey yesterday with my wife on a date night. Our server was very sweet and bubbly. We first had the Calamari with the citrus aioli, and that was very delicious. We started with the peims. They were very tasteful and only needed some salt and lemon. For Entrée I had the pork chop that was delightful and filled. My wife had the fish and chips. The dough was great, but the fish just needed a little more season. The chips were amazing. At the end we had the carrot cake, which was beautiful, moist and in a good way dense. It went with some ice cream and canned walnuts. Overall my experience was divine last night! would recommend"

"I've lived in Anchorage since the early 90s and am always on the look out for up and coming restaurants. Haute Quarter Grill is by far my favorite place for a business dinner or a romantic date night with my husband. The food is top notch my go to dish is the seafood pasta with a glass of wine. The atmosphere is perfect for any occasion. We even brought our infant along and the staff was so accommodating. This place is 5 stars, hands down!"

"Very good food and service. We came in and were told that they couldn't see our reservation because Open Table was down, but they got us seated anyway. We were then ignored for maybe 10 minutes until the manager noticed us and asked if we had been helped. When we said no she took over and gave us absolutely excellent service through the entire meal. Six of us ordered different meals and they were all very tasty."

"The worst restaurant experience my wife and I have had in a long time. The first uninspired course was just a big bowl of acidic olives and one small pita bread to share between two people. The roasted sweet potatoes later came out burned. Lastly, and perhaps the greatest insult: after my wife posted a poor review of this place on Google, the restaurant responded to the review by encouraging us to email them, which we did. However, we never received a response (more than half a year later). What fools we were to think that Avec would reply to our email!"

"Good food, but bad service. Didn’t even get greeted for the first minutes after sitting down. Took forever for drinks, and some of them came out wrong. Would’ve wanted to order more drinks, but the server didn’t come back to offer us anything after our food arrived. Waited about minutes just to get the check and cash out so that we could leave. "Hilarious. Our waitress was fun and just the right amount of brash and sarcastic. The food was delicious, the brisket platter was melt in your mouth good and we ordered a comically large yard stick margarita that took hours of walking around with it after lunch to fully finish. If you don't like being roasted while wearing an embarrassing phrase on a paper hat, this might not be the restaurant for you. Super fun"
