"Asked for an American. I was asked if I wanted milk in it. I said NO! I asked if they knew how to make an Americano. I had to explain it is espresso, coffee, and topped with water. They said they had never heard of that. I then asked for a double shot of espresso in a medium coffee. Paid for that and left. I would never have gotten service like that at CC's Coffee House. I don't think I will return."

"Ordered the Bananas Foster Hot Coffee paying extra for whipped cream and did not get it. Also, I ordered the Birthday Cake Party Slice and they did not have it. They shouldnt advertise it in the app if they dont have it. The Beignet were good though."
"There is something wrong with their mic in the drive through. I’m always SCREAMING at them and they still can’t hear me. When I asked they told me maybe it was because I’m soft spoken? But I’m literally hanging out if my car screaming into the speaker lol. Also, their croissants are so so so good… when they don’t burn them while warming them up… which is like a 50/50 chance I’ve found."

"The Caramel Granita was Delicious! The Caramel didn't overpower the beverage. The mixed flavor of the coffee and caramel was nicely balanced. I also recommend their raspberry white chocolate scone heated. It was better than I expected it to be! I will be visiting again!"
