"The chef was seen using their personal phone while preparing food, with one hand on the phone and the other handling the food. The staff informed a customer ahead of us that the dishes were made with sharp chicken. When we inquired about hot deals, we were told they were out of them, possibly due to being busy on their phones. This incident occurred on December 30th, 2022 at 6:24 pm, and should be reviewed by management."
