"The boba at Gong Cha in Montclair was delicious, but unfortunately, the overall experience was lacking. It was my first time visiting Montclair, and I was excited to try out the popular boba spot with my husband, as we are big boba fans. However, one employee was very short and rude from the beginning. As a respectful customer, I did not appreciate the lack of greeting and the aggressive way the drinks were made. It made us feel uncomfortable and dissatisfied. The employees should be trained to have better attitudes towards customers."
