"I usually come here in the morning, and so far the foods and drinks seem good. but I went around 17.30 and ordered a cold caramel machiatto. I took a swallow of my drink and wanted to share with my friend and I realized there was a hair strand. I thought it was mine, but when I started removing it, I only touched the outside of the plastic cup. when I realized it was inside the drink. I went back and they gave me my money back. but honest. it's cheating that I'm not coming here anymore."
