"This restaurant review is terrible. I requested a different lid for my son's ice cream, but the employee behind the counter told me that they only use those for their soft serve ice cream. I couldn't believe it - it's just a lid, after all! Instead, he had the audacity to place a piece of paper towel over my son's blue raspberry ice cream, put it in a white bag, and send it to go. It was truly a nerve-wracking experience! The customer service was awful and the staff were very rude. It's a good thing that my child loves this place, otherwise I would never return. I am completely appalled."
