"Took my girlfriend for Valentine's Day. As to be expected, it was a very busy night for the staff. Before we even realized the food was taking a bit longer than management would like, our server came over to apologize and inform us we had some desserts coming to us on the house. I was very grateful for just that alone, seeing how I didn't even notice it was taking so long yet. After about 20 more minutes, I did begin to realize it was taking quite long. At that point in time, our server came with the food. I still had zero idea to complain or make any comments voicing any displeasure, but before I could even open my mouth, our server apologized again and told us our entire bill was taken care of. I was in utter shock and so impressed. I'm never one to complain about certain things, we knew it was a busy night, but the management obviously takes pride in a certain standard, and appreciates their customers. Now, THAT is how you treat your guests. The food was absolutely phenomenal. It ended up being such a nice night, and just on the fact they took it upon themselves to comp our bill when I wasn't even complaining, makes me want to come back to spend money there tomorrow. Totally grateful and so impressed with this staff and management. Highly recommend Giancarlo's. Thank you so much."
