"was there on 19th May 2022 at 17 o'clock. only 1 customer in front of us, but the 2 employees 1 girl, 1 young did not take care of any previous customers or about us! to busy chat on skype with friend / friend. we order via the digital order screen to save time. the ticket prints near the money machine, but none of the 2 employees will care! the girl tries to make some incomprehensible sets, looks more like sounds than words that I show the ticket of my order to the guy, he looks at it and go a latte to no one ordered. we'll try the girl again. we show the ticket. instead of taking care of us, she goes back to chat with her bf to prepare some ice cone that no one orders. we finally see that the guy left our coffee on the other side of the counter without telling us. we finally felt optimistic that we get our order. we are waiting as we have ordered donuts, but it seems that nobody cares. they ask what we want, even though we showed our ticket twice, the girl always makes funny sounds that we don't understand. the young began preparing some coffee we have already received!? we finally asked our full order after 10 minutes for 2 coffees, 1 donut and 5 munchkins. When we went, they finally asked the client who was before us what he waited for the poor client, seemed as hopeless to get his order as we were:-D"
