"bellefonte cafe is a small, friendly cafe with very good, inexpensive food. they have a pretty impressive wine cocktail menu, the caffe is decorated in a welcoming, funky style. I was there on a Saturday night and enjoyed eating, weeping, musicians who appeared. the waiting staff was also impressive. I'm not out of the opposite, but I'm planning a return visit next month."
