"I went there with a friend for lunch. There was no line. There were a few people sitting at tables which appear to have already been served. My friend and I both ordered their sweet potato fries covered with red and green chili. After 35 minutes I went to inquire when we would be served. They started telling me all their kitchen problems; never got an answer to my question. Ten minutes later our food arrived. See the attached picture. See that red stuff? That is their red chili. I don't know if they were serious or if it was retribution for asking about the order status. My friend, who has had this dish several times before, noticed that there were raw onions. After the meal she nicely went to the cashier/waitress to mention that there had never been onions before. The waitress started arguing with her, telling her that it always had onions. I had been their once before and the service was again bad. If you go, go for the coffee. Do not order any food."
