"Was very disappointed by the experience. My husband and I were looking forward to a nice steak house in Columbus. We were in Buckhead Grill and wanted to try Ben's Chop house. The ambience was overwhelming. The service was pretty bad. We ordered an appetizer that was no longer available. Then we ordered a special one on the day they were out of. We were repeatedly told that we would soon get bread (fresh from the oven! and it never came. The food was good, but not great. Our table was not immediately deleted during our meal. In the end, we were disappointed and decided that it was worth saying something about the service and kitchen problems. When the manager came, he seemed really uninterested in our experience and impressions. If we pay for a Entrée $30-45, we expect a good service. I can honestly say we will not go back and go back to Buckhead Grill, which has great food, great service and great ambience for the same price."
