"We ate her on Sun. 8/14/22. We are from UT and were visiting our daughter and her family. I have Celiac so we of course had to look up and call many restaurants that could accommodate Gluten Free food. This restaurant does not as of yet, have a ?GlutenFree? or ? Gluten Friendly? menu but the manager (I assume he was the manager, server 0006) was extremely accommodating and madesure the kitchen took precautions to make me a plate without gluten products. The food was Delicious and I had zero issues! Theone thing I was disappointed with is I could not eat the chips and salsa as the chips are deep fried in a vat with otherproducts that contain gluten so I ordered a side salad to start. Thank your efforts and for a great meal. My daughter?s familyhas lived in OH for 5 months and said not only was it the best Mexican food they have ever had but that it was by far the bestmeal they had had since they moved there, and they have sampled a lot of restaurants. They actually live 40 miles from the ElCaporal but said they will definitely make more trips to eat here. Kudos to the cooks! Note to manager: If you could get a fewbags of Gluten Free corn chips from the store and keep them on hand for the people that have Celiac that would put the meal overthe top! (Assuming the Salsa doesn?t contain gluten). Also, your hostess that night was very friendly and accommodating. Thebathrooms were clean as was the restaurant and had a great ambience!"

"The first time I had Kiki's delivered it was absolutely delicious! I had steak fajita quesadillas, Guacamole Salad Queso Flameado w/Steak. Everything was fresh, good flavor everything I was looking for in a new Mexican restaurant since I was new tothe area I started off by sampling the simpler things! It was so good, I ordered the exact same thing again tonight. This timeit wasn't bad, but not like it was the first time. They forgit the Guacamole, They forgot the Flour tortillas for the QuesoFlameado w/steak. Last time the Queso did not have Cilantro in it. Thats one reason I liked Kiki's so much the didn't outcilantro in every little thing they served! You either like cilantro or you hate it me I hate the stuff! TThat is the onereason i stay away from a lot of commercial places like On the Border, Chuy's, Chili's, etc. Everything they make has cilantroin it!! Tonight Kiki's put Cilantro in my Queso Flameado! It wasn't just a little either the guac has little in it but you cannot taste it they put a lot in it! It took over the taste of fresh tomato grilled onions w/steak!! All you could taste was Cilantro. I actually pulled 2 large stems/bushes of cilantro out of the melted cheese that still wasn't all of it! Don'tknow if I'll order from them again only because of my dislike of cilantro. I love that items are made fresh, but i also needconsistency with ingredients as I do have have a limited diet with a lot of food that is restricted. Are you or are you notgoing to put cilantro in Queso Flameado????"

"This place used to have good food when it first opened years ago. Their food quality and flavor has gone absolutely down hill. I grew up with a Honduran grandmother, so I know how the food should be. I went over the weekend with some out of town friends to have them taste some Honduran food, and I regretted it from the moment we stepped in. I had called ahead to see if they had outdoor seating because of the pandemic, the lady that answered said yes because everyone wanted to eat outside now days . We get there and there are only 3 big tables really close to each other that can 't even be moved because they are bolted down. There is no host to assist you when you come in, or even a waiter to guide you on what to do. So I had to hunt one down and ask for a table, she barely even looked at me and said you can seat wherever you want , in a stop bothering me tone. We sat down in a very crowded indoor restaurant with no social distancing whatsoever. Again had to go hunt down a waitress to get a menu, and again to get them to take our drink order. For some reason they all seem to disappear at the same time for long periods of time. The lady that I assumed was the head waitress or manager had the most rude and horrible attitude. I was extremely embarrassed with my friends because this was their first interaction with Honduran people aside from my family, and I did not want them to think everyone was this careless and rude. We ordered our drinks, they took forever to bring them, after a while of waiting to get our food order and getting up a couple of times to ask someone to come take our order, we gave up, paid for our drinks at the bar and left. Pretty much wasted almost an hour waiting. I always try to give places a second chance, in this case 4th chance and is always worse and worse. I honestly can 't believe the staff can get away with being so rude, horriblemente malcriadas. And by the way, now that they are on this new location, this place looks more like a cheap cantina than a restaurant. I hope the owner sees all these reviews about their terrible customer service and does something about it. But based on how things have been, I doubt they care. I mean they have the most rude and tactless manager/ head waitress or whatever she is. So if they reward that kind of behavior, what else can be expected."
